First Impressions (DIY Screen Cover Fix)
I have only had it for a few days.
So the chip and firing is all good & the problems are mostly aesthetic.
I see the battery cover has improved magnets so the back plate clicks on and sits solid now.
However my battery cover is not perfectly flush but still looks good.
My biggest problem was this device is the plastic outer screen keeps coming out.
When I took it out if the box after opening I noticed the outer screen was not sitting flush.
This is because they have painted inside under the screen and so the adhesive on the outer plastic screen does not bond to the paint.
However this is fixable by applying a tiny bit of super glue under the screen on top of the adhesive & gently placing the screen back into its position. This will fix the problem.
The white paint job is very thick & looks good. It has a nice clean finish.
Is to early to tell if the paint will chip off overtime.
My advice is get 3 x LGHG2 18650 3000mAh Battery & marry them up as a three-some for there life.
Apart from the outer screen cover, so far so good as this mod functions well.
