Delivery Time
In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:
Estimated delivery time = Product Shipping Time + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

Shipping times depend on the chosen Shipping Method and your location - see Shipping Method
(Public holidays and weekends are excluded when calculating estimated delivery time. Estimated delivery time is not guarantee as the shipping will be affected by the customs, here we take the average time as estimated. )
Shipping Time
Basically 3FVape has four types of products regarding dispatching (time the package leaves our warehouse).
24 HRS
Items are in our warehous and the package can be ready within 24 working hours after payment received. We will hand over the package to the shipping carrier right after the package is ready.
Normal
Item will be ready in 3 - 14 business days after payment received.
Pre-Order
This product is released and under manufacturing. Shipping time is indicated on product page. Do a pre-order to save money and hold an earlier position in shipping queue.
Coming-Soon
This product is about to release. We list the product for earlybirds to learn and discuss. Product status will be changed once officially released. You can subscribe to get notified on product page.
Sourcing On Demand
We will source the product for you on your need. Dispatching time can take as long as 14 business days. Generally old or hard to find products.
We don't guarantee we can ship it to you finally. We need 7 business days to know if we could find the product. Then we need another 7 business days to process the order. So totally we need 14 business days to ship it to you if we can find it.
If it turns out we can not find the product finally, we will let you know in 7 business days after payment and do refund.
Notes:
1) While we are trying our best to indicate the most accurate shipping time, final shipping time may be changed due to the complexity of supply chain. We strive to ship before the deadline.
2) We suggest you place separated orders regarding the four different shipping time products. If you mix those products together in one order, your order's shipping time will be determined by the longest-shipping-time product in your entire order.
3) All timer begins only after payment is completed and you send us necessary material if needed for large orders.
4) If we find we could ship 2+ orders for you at a time, we will combine them together into one package if possible. Let us know if you don't like that.
5) We may split orders to send out ready products first, without notification. Let us know if you don't want your orders be split.
Shipping Address
Russian customers: Please leave your full name(three words) on your shipping address. Otherwise your package may NOT be delivered, and we don't take responsibility.
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and deliverable. If the package is shipped to your country but could not be delivered and returned, we could refund you money but will charge shipping cost, since shipping vendor will charge us.
Please make sure you input the same shipping address on both Paypal and our website.
Shipping Type
We have four types of shipping type listed on the product specification, which will end up with different shipping method when you add them into cart.
Normal: Items that do not have specific shipping limited.
Built-in Battery: Items with built-in battery, cannot be shipped via specific carrier who don't ship built-in batteries.
Battery: Battery cells, like AA, AAA, 18650, 26650 batterise or so. Can only be shipped via specific carriers.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped via Air Mail by different carriers with tracking or ePacket based on your selection and drop-off without signature. We retired Air Mail without tracking shipping method.
Currently we provide airmail shipping, railway shipping, express shipping which you can check in your shopping cart.
Please note: Sometimes we may change the shipping method you have chosen if your order contains battery, as some shipping method may change the goods it can carrry for specific time.
For European customers, we kindly suggest you to choose "Global special products Airline-Line6 (Remote Areas Excluded) Custom Tax & VAT Included | Custom Tax & VAT Included " which is with pre-pay duty and can pass the customs quicker without extra charging of tariff. If you choose shipping method without pre-pay tax, extra tax and handling fee may needed by the destination's customs or post office.
APO/FPO or PO boxes in US
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes in US via Registered Air Mail or ePacket. Make sure you input APO/FPO as city when you choose AA/AE/AP.
Express shippings are not available to APO/FPO or PO box addresses, because they require the recipient's signature upon delivery.
Tax and Duty
Import Tax and Duty are covered by customers if occurs. And we don't hold responsibility if your package is forfeited by your customs. 3FVape will send the package as Electronic Gadgets (or similar things) with low price. There will be no signs on the package. Most of the case all orders are exempt from taxes and duties.
Pre-orders
New products with pre-order are shipped per shipping information on their respective product page. Many pre-order products are joint efforts with factories directly.
While we are trying our best to indicate the most accurate shipping time for you, it could be delayed sometimes. Typical reason would be that the factory can not deliver the product as promised.
Pictures and descriptions of pre-order products are subject to slight change depending on factories.
Typically we do pre-orders at extremely low price(very high discount) in the beginning, and change the price to normal(lower in market still) gradually. This will make the earlier clients who will wait longer compensated.
Order Tracking
For orders with tracking, we will send out emails to notify our clients their tracking number. You can also view it via the order processing details in your accounts. Or you can use the Guest Tracking if you only have a guest account.
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the tracking number to be trackable because shipping vendors need time to process those packages.
We recommend you use www.17track.net to track your order.
Returns
You may return items to us within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned as the original condition. Contact us before you return products to us.
Secure payment
We currently don't support Paypal online payment through 3fvape.com. We now have 3 kinds of payment method as following.
1. Payssion
Now only available for some Europe countries.
2. Credit Card payment
As you may know some banks do not support purchase, the billing name on your invoice may show as other name rather than 3FVAPE (such as: PIKAELETECH, GEEMOOM, or COTTONFAU)
Our agent allows 3 success payment within 24 hours just to lower the bank refuse risk. If you are making repeat orders, please arrange your order to match this restriction.
Credit card payments may be failed, the reason of failure may be the bank refused or the channel is abnormal.
The reason for the bank refuses is basically due to the card issuer considers that the transaction is risky and the payment fails. Please contact the bank to cancel this restriction and solve the problem of payment failure.
